Program Name: Access Electrical Institute Registered Apprenticeship Program
 

Program Length: 4-5 Years
 

Earn While You Learn: Apprentices are employed by participating electrical contractors and receive progressive wage increases as competencies and hours are completed.
 

On-the-Job Learning (OJL):

  • Minimum 7,200 hours

  • Maximum 8,000 hours

  • Supervised by licensed electricians and approved employers.
     

Related Technical Instruction (RTI):

  • 144+ hours annually

  • Classroom instruction combined with online learning through the Mike Holt learning platform and industry resources.


Industry Certifications:

  • OSHA 10

  • CPR/First Aid

  • NFPA 70E Electrical Safety

  • NCCER Credentials (if applicable)

  • State and Local Licensing Preparation
